We’ll also take the time to ask the right questions about your circumstances so that we are fully informed. This greatly improves your chances of having your loan application approved. And unlike many banks and financial institutions, our financing criteria is not set in stone, so each application can be considered on a case by case basis. This means we can be quite flexible and make an exception when merited.
